Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our app. By accessing or using Affirmo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Affirmo delivers personalized daily affirmations to your WhatsApp based on the information you provide. Some features are only available through a paid subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Europe to use Affirmo.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and WhatsApp number secure. Do not share your verification codes with others.

Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe. Your plan will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices include VAT where required.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or send illegal content via our platform.

All affirmation texts, graphics, and branding are owned by Affirmo or our licensors. Do not copy or distribute without permission.

Your use of Affirmo is subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR Statement.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Refunds are only issued if required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
